MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage problematic financing accounts with collectability category 5 (bad) through the billing process, the process of selling customer collateral assets (foreclosure) and paying off arrears, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Approaching problematic retail financing customers that he manages, either through communication media or direct visits, in accordance with applicable regulations, in order to obtain clear information on the problem of non-smooth installment payments from the customers he manages and provide solutions for resolving financing.
- Make reports on the progress of handling problematic retail financing customers according to their responsibilities periodically, so that they can provide accurate analysis to superiors in handling them.
- Process guarantees from problematic retail financing to partner auction houses, in accordance with applicable procedures, so that the guarantees are registered at partner auction houses and can be processed smoothly if an auction is held in the future.
- Coordinating the handling of problematic retail financing customers, both internal to BMI and external to BMI, with procedures in accordance with provisions, so that the handling of these customers can be carried out smoothly.
Job Requirement :
- Education min. D3
- Preferably experience as Field Collection min. 1 year
