Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process. Provide guidance on employee engagement and performance-related issues. Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance. Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations. Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll systems and ensure timely and accurate compensation. Oversee the design and implementation of employee benefits packages. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia. Conduct audits of HR practices and policies to ensure adherence to legal standards. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve efficiency.
