We are looking for candidates for the IT Operation position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Operation and at least a bachelor's degree. Job Description : Provide technical support for business applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application defects. Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and configuration documents. Provide training and support to end-users on application usage and best practices. Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for application improvements.
