About the role What you'll be doing Conduct training needs analysis based on performance evaluations, managerial input, and organizational changes Design and develop relevant, effective training programs (both offline and online) for employee development Manage end-to-end training processes: planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation Evaluate training effectiveness using pre-post assessments, participant feedback, and ROI analysis Collaborate with internal/external trainers and third-party providers for training delivery Develop and maintain e-learning content or digital learning platforms Provide regular reports and insights on training activities and learning impact to management What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management, Communication, or a related field Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in Learning & Development or HR training roles Proficient in presentation tools, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Creative, engaging communicator with excellent facilitation skills Knowledgeable about current trends and technologies in learning (e-learning, microlearning, etc.) About us If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to excel as our Learning & Development Specialist, we encourage you to apply now.
