Job Responsibilities :

• Lead general insurance placement team. Negotiate Rate, T & C with General Insurance companies on behalf of clients. Responsible to negotiate with Clients. Maintain relationships with key leaders in General Insurance companies. Maintain SLA & Hit Ratio has been set by company. Risk analysis to be offered for customers & partner. Create Binder with insurance company & Develop R/T/C for Apps. Determine rate/premium for the type of risk insured. Make agreement with insurance company. Create monthly report for division tehnical to management. Make a comparition for the object to be insured. Motivate, coach, evaluated, and retain a work result Placement team. Work together with between department to grow the business and achieve company's revenue goals.

Qualification :

• Pass level 5 certificate in insurance field. Have a degree in insurance (A3IK or APAI). Maximum age 36 years old. Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Risk Management. Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred). Extensive experience (5+ years) in the insurance industry, with a focus on technical roles such as underwriting, risk management, or Insurance. operations. Strong understanding of insurance products. Coverages, regulations, and market dynamics, with the ability to analyze complex insurance scenarios and develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationships-building skils, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and cultivate a culture of excellence and accountability.
