Mandarin Translator

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mandarin Language, Communication, International Business, or equivalent fields.

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (HSK Level 5 or above is preferred).

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce especially in beauty industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

• Can join as soon as possible

• Willing to work from the office and/or travel for business purposes if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate documents to/from Mandarin (e.g., contracts, emails, catalogs, etc.).

• Serve as an interpreter in meetings, business calls, or presentation with Mandarin-speaking partners.

• Build and maintain good communication with clients or partners from China or other Mandarin-speaking regions.

• Support the team in administrative, business communication, or project-related tasks involving Mandarin.

• Prepare reports or meeting notes from discussions with relevant parties.

• Provide language assistance for both internal and external company activities.
