Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data (employee surveys, performance evaluations, TNA, etc.), and prepare reports from the analysis results to be used in creating employee development strategies.
- Design and manage training programs, as well as being a facilitator to improve employee skills.
- Carrying out performance evaluations and providing support in employee development activities.
- Arrange and coordinate employee events to strengthen company culture.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resources, Training or any other related major from reputable University.
- Minimum 5 years working experienced in the same job function
- Strong communication & Negotiation skill
- Able to work under tight schedule
